Radio Jackie is licensed by Ofcom to provide a local radio service to south west London and north Surrey. The Ofcom guidelines for localness are here. The Public File, Format and Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions are all here, while local information, charities and events, details of news, presenters, schedule, station contact details and other matters are in the appropriate areas.
We go to great lengths to make our station relevant, useful and fun for the local communities we serve. However, we are all fallible, so if you hear something on Radio Jackie that you do not think is appropriate, please contact us on 020 8288 1300. Should you still not be happy with the way your concern is dealt with you could contact Ofcom here.

Spoof Emails
Spoof emails purport to come from a body you recognise, to gain your confidence to open them. Along with the banks and other organisations, Jackie experiences this. Jackie never sends out unsolicited mail: treat anything suspicious as potentially virus-ridden. The free Thunderbird open source email program has a good junk filter and we have some hints on setting it up at the bottom of this page.

IPv6

From February 2011 Jackie's website is accessible to IPv6 enabled networks via: http://6.radiojackie.com/  or  http://IPv6.radiojackie.com/.
These will fail to load in the (likely) event that your ISP does not yet support IPv6 and even the latest servers do not yet support streaming.
